Job: Customer Service in Glim, Alexandria

We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team to serve one of our US-based long-term contracts.

You will act as a frontline interface with premium customers, the role involves assisting with setups, orders, account questions,  and other queries.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Advise on company information.
   
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
   
• Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
• Work with customer service leader to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
