Role description
The role of the educator is to facilitate the best learning to the students. As a educator at Anand Niketan, candidate will get an opportunity to understand the class dynamics, engage in day today activities with the students.

Main activities
Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional material that facilitates active learning.
Maintaining discipline in accordance to the rules and disciplinary systems to the school.
The candidate will participate in extracurricular school Activities and functions .
Prepare for day to day lessons and activities to be held in class. Assign and grade class work,
Maintain accurate and complete records of students work. Prepare required reports.
Communicate necessary information to students and when required to the parents.
perform all other work delegated or required to accomplish the objectives of the school program
must report to work on regular and punctual basis.
