About the Job
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Review the user contracts and validate the information of the user on the system
- Receive the new user requests and follow up the end-to-end process
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- evaluate existing Clients according to established policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents
- Performing the due diligence on new Clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review, and verification of received documentation
- Perform further investigation on identified suspicious client and client’s transactions and assist the KYC/AML compliance officer
- Assist the customer services functions by processing the inquiries on our systems
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Data entry on the internal systems
- Facilitate the onboarding process for the new users
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
