About the Job

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Review the user contracts and validate the information of the user on the system
  • Receive the new user requests and follow up the end-to-end process
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • evaluate existing Clients according to established policies and procedures. 
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents
  • Performing the due diligence on new Clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review, and verification of received documentation
  • Perform further investigation on identified suspicious client and client’s transactions and assist the KYC/AML compliance officer
  • Assist the customer services functions by processing the inquiries on our systems
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Data entry on the internal systems
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for the new users
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
