About the Job
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings (shop drawings) both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications and other applications.
- Creating photoshop plans for all apartments for marketing purposes.
- Managing constraining factors such as governmental legislation, environmental impact and others.
- Following up license drawing process.
- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the Company management.
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as site engineers, purchasing managers, and others.
- Participating in Specifying the requirements of the project such as the nature and quality of materials required.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
