About the Job
- Study Technical Specifications and project documents to determine which kind of solution to provide and which kind of study should be conducted (Normal, Selectivity, etc…)
- Prepare compliance sheet, and cost sheet for projects
- Data entry of the project on the respective software/database
- Responsible of the quality of data entered on company databases regarding each project handled
- Assist the customer in proper product selection for the application/solution
- Review tenders to determine tender requirements and specifications
- Coordinate and implement studies for several projects
- Ensure proper material delivery as scheduled to avoid any delay penalties
- Communicate with the Company procurement to finalize transactions
- Manage the budgets for studies for engineering
- Participate in compiling technical specifications for bids
- Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients
- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
- Quality control of work by appropriate reviews
- Coordinating with the Design team to finalize the Shop Drawings.
- Receive technical and commercial bids and requisitions from the customer
- Perform clarifications with the customer and Company technical team
- Coordinate with the Company financial department to proceed with, Offering, Tendering and Ordering in regarding LG, LC, Insurance, etc.
- Prepare Techno Commercial offer to the end customer
- Follow the offer submitted and negotiate prices to get the order
- Follow-up with the customer to get the Purchase Order, then issue the internal Sales Order and acquiring all required documents from the customer
- Will be responsible of conducting business meetings either internally or externally in order to generate and maintain new business.
- Approaching new customers and formulate a customer list with their current status
- Following up with current and potential customers in order to increase the customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
- Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner
- Acquiring the Business Controller approval of the production initiation after customer financial compliance of payments or other contractual agreements
- Placing the production order and Follow-up with the factory production for project completion and delivery
- Undertake special projects as required

Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Assertive, optimistic, resilient and welcomes change
- High level of analytical ability
- A sound knowledge of computer aided design (CAD) software, technical drawings and 3D modelling
- A knowledge of the qualities of metals and other materials
- An understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods
- Ability to plan and organize through several project stages
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Project
- Demonstrate excellent level of analytical ability, communication and
- interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and
- customers to solve problems and resolve issues
- Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed
- Good command of English Language
