About the Job
Marketing Budget and Strategy:
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in conjunction with the key stakeholders, to create awareness of the company’s business activities
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid communication channels like content creation, content curation, events, publicity, social media, and lead generation campaigns
Branding:
• Develop plans to establish the company’s brand and presence in various media channels (industry magazines/publications, websites, etc.)
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
Communications:
• Oversee and approve marketing material, such as website banners, hard copy brochures, and case studies
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our websites and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Establish a suitable calendar of events on an annual/quarterly basis for the development of an effective social media & PR strategy
Research & Analysis:
• Oversee general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing & lead generation campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
