Country Communication Specialist

Your Challenges:• Lead and proactively manage the communication department internally and externally as follows:Internal communication:Adapt the communication channels to the audience and to the key message, also using Group-wide media.Create and distribute coordinated and timely key messages to employees (direct and indirect).Ensure that an effective internal communication structure is in place to disseminate relevant information.Ensure smooth information flow between country and corporate (roll-in and roll-out) to create transparency on both levels.External communication:Develop a country-specific communication plan considering target and purpose of communication content, audience, as well as timing, taking into account the Corporate/divisional messaging based on the Group strategy.Ensure effective and prompt responses to external events and advise and provide recommendations. Create country-specific communication concepts to support HR in branding activities by providing methodology and know-how.Develop, implement and maintain public relations strategies and policies with interested parties: universities, governmental agencies, and industrial organizations.
