Job: Global IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager in Cairo, Egypt

Understanding business cycles, you will ensure that recurring business process run smoothly.

· Manage demand from users on IT services and supervise the delivery.

· Provide technical leadership, create, and manage infrastructure plan and standards according to IT strategic plan and roadmap.

· Assist implementation and enhancement of IT infrastructure projects in your respective regions.

· Manage change initiatives properly and in a systematically manner to ensure availability, performance and reliability of the systems impacted by change.

· Liaison with Support Hubs and Verticals for requests and changes effecting business.

· Assist in building and updating Global Infrastructure Service Catalogue to streamline the services.

· Assist in building Knowledge base relevant to respective region and can help improve performance in others too.

· Communicate to respective manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays,

· Mutualize resources, reduce TCO, centralize services, study opportunity for cloud, unification, networks, and Unified communication.

· Foster technologies to be adopted to meet future business needs, prioritize project, recommend buying the IT systems using approved IT budget, etc.
