Design and develop network solutions, including LAN and WAN connectivity. Troubleshooting and resolving network problems in a complex environment. high complex network customer faults. Manage external communications with vendors and service providers. Perform technical & management escalation as implied by the escalation process to ensure security tasks are progressing toward resolution and/or completion.
