Real Estate Sales Team Leader

Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other or both.
Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, exhibitions, Value real estate.
Knows the super-luxury real estate, Commercial market and knows how to deal with clients.
Ensuring clients are being properly communicated and addressed.
Supporting in all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy.
Manage their own time and schedules, making sure they are hustling to get the word out about properties and find the information their clients need.
Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
