Job: Social Media Moderator in Sheikh Zayed, Giza

We’re looking for a friendly, organized individual to become our digital/social media moderator. She/he will be handling and assisting our customers online through our digital channels.

Job Description: 

• Answering customer messages, WhatsApp, emails and phone calls.
• Assisting customers in our showroom 
• Logging/communicating orders to our operations team

Work Conditions:

• Working Hours: 5 days a week (Fri & Sat Included)
• Location: Sheikh Zayed
• Compensation: Fixed Salary + Annual Bonus
