Project Management Lead
Work with Head of digital solutions to identify the key strategic projects priorities and for the company.Act as a single threaded owner of these projects and work directly with and report to head of digital solutions on the progress of these projects.Leading Agile project management and act as a Scrum Master for one or multiple teams.Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of businessProvide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestonesFull project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneouslyPrepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projectManage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetingsMonitor staff performance and complete performance reviewsProvide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadershipUnderstand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needsReport on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activitiesWork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellenceManage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectivesEngage with and influence all relevant stakeholders including legal, HR, PR, Commercial and operations to drive the projects forward and track progress through weekly and monthly progress reports / meetings.Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholdersDeliver appropriate and effective executive level communicationEnsure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standardsManage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baselineContinue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practicesExtensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniquesAct as an internal quality control check for the projectManage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
