Manage the Administration and      Maintenance issues for Raya shops in accordance with maintenance companies, in addition to submitting payment requests to finalize all payments with the Finance departmentCoordinate daily issues related to Raya shops with the cleaning company Monthly visits for all Raya shops to identify Administration issues related to maintenance (Administration check-list) and doing the action plan after the regular visits.Ensures the compliance of Administration tickets and follows-up until all Remedy tickets submitted by shops are closedEnsures that all maintenance working efficiently in all Raya shopsResponsible of the landlines telephones installation and payments within Raya shops Manages the removal of unnecessary items from different Raya shops Handle the Administration issues related to roll-out requirements for any of Raya shopsDealing with government authorities such as the departments of water, electricity, licenses and taxesPerform other related duties
