About the Job

Job specific responsibilities:

1. Full administration on SMS systems and databases.
2. Implements new releases and test the production environments.
3. Adds, Modifies, and configures devices on the SMS gateways Switches.
4. Troubleshoots SMS gateways technical issues regularly.
5. Traces & Solves SMS gateways problems.
6. Generates different requirements, files and reports from the switch.
7. Handles Switch operation and give hand to the monitoring procedures to apply strong control and eliminate errors.
8. Administrates monitoring system on the switch.
9. Designs and generates required reports for generating statistics with the required information for each the institution.
10. Handles SMS gateways switches, connected networks, connected banks, and different interface daily operations
