Supply Chain Engineer

Receive, store and issue for all production & Spare parts items.Compare and align between the Supplier’s delivery note and the actual materials needed/dispatched Ensure that all production items are in the correct handling and storage areas are tidy and safe.Contact with various suppliers to acquire needed production/assembly materials neededArrange for delivery, assembly, and distribution of supplies and parts in order to match the flow of materialsRespond to purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for processingFollow the release of materials and check release notes for materialsPlan Materials Needed and Forecasting based on weekly Consumption to meet Next month requirementsReview all stock being delivered to warehouses, and coordinate with a specialized engineer to review all technical stock to ensure that all stock being received is safe and usable.Carry out a monthly review of all stock available in all warehouses to track available inform Project Managers and the Finance department.Confirm that all stock within the warehouse has a unique Purchase Order (PO) number to ensure all materials are tracked and recorded.Check in with Project Managers to tackle/resolve any problems they may have with stock or with Warehouse officer to ensure an efficient work flow.Receive, inspect and store materials and deliver to applicable personnel on the project according to the project schedule and co-ordinated with Quality ControlEnsure the availability of minimum stock of regular materials.Ensure the consistent supply of materials to the project.
