Training Manager

Preparing the external and internal training plan for the company.Calculating the estimated budget for the combined (external / internal) training plan.Evaluating the training centers and the offers submitted by them, selecting the best centers for each training program.Supervising the implementation of the approved training plan and the procedures for selecting and contracting with specialized training companies.Review the evaluations of the training programs and analyses the evaluations of the participants to submit recommendations and observations to the direct manager.Implementation of internal trainings for the company’s employees (administrative programs / personal skills).Designing scientific materials for administrative programs and personal skills.Designing scientific materials for technical training in cooperation with the technical director of each department.Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.Suggest training programs to improve the company’s culture and increase the loyalty and belonging of the employees.Implementation of a job education program for all employees.Coordinating and finalizing the procedures for participating in exhibitions / conferences / scientific  seminars outside Egypt (communicating with companies inviting foreign conferences and seminars -providing them with data on suitable candidates to attend with them – ending the facilities for obtaining travel visas).
